MUZAFFARGARH - MNA Hamza Shahbaz Sharif on Friday
reiterated the resolve to continue fight for rule of law, saying his
party would carry on its movement against convicted Prime Minister
Gilani.
“The Constitution is being ridiculed as a convicted prime
minister is holding the office,” he told a public gathering after a
ceremony of distribution of keys of 303 flats among the labourers at
Labour Colony Dera Ghazi Khan Road Muzaffargarh.
Hamza said the
corruption of federal government had made Pakistan a begging country and
for a few dollars, permission to kill innocent people’ had been given
to the US. He said Pakistan was achieved as a result of numerous
sacrifices under the dynamic leadership of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali
Jinnah but the present corrupt rulers have ruined it. He laid stress on
forging unity to oust the corrupt rulers, saying,“If we want to
transform the country into Jinnah’s Pakistan, we will have to launch
struggle under PML-N President Nawaz Sharif.
He said that only
PML-N has the ability to put the country on the road to progress. He
said the image of the country will be restored at international level by
making it Pakistan of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama
Muhammad Iqbal. He also said the country is facing energy crisis due to
poor policies of federal government whereas massive corruption was
committed in providing chemical fertilisers to farmers at inflated
rates. He criticised President Zardari and what he called Zardari’s
agents have been fleecing farmers as they had increased production
costs. He said such a revolution would be brought with the power of the
people as a result of which Pakistan will become an Islamic welfare
state and all basic amenities would be available to the masses. He asked
the nation to march forward with commitment so that the dream of a
welfare state could be materialised. Hamza appreciated the services of
DCO Tahir Khursheed Chaudhry.
MPA Ahmed Yar Hinjra, MPA Kiswar
